Circular No. (30) According to the instructions of Health Authorities in the State of Kuwait regarding the outbreak of the novel Coronavirus, the following measure for cargo flights have been determined: 1. Send an operation request to the Directorate General Civil Aviation, provided that the request must include the information of the flight, details of the shipment, and aircrews. Aircrews must adhere to the procedures of the health authorities at Kuwait International Airport. The request can be sent to the following e-mail:Schedules@dgca.gov.kw 2. Aircrews are allowed to use the Kuwait international airport transit hotel if they wish, noting that health procedures are mandatory and will be applied. 3. All circulars issued and valid by the Directorate General of Civil aviation shall adhere to. 4. This circular is effective from the date of its issuance until further notice.

بناء على تعليمات السلطات الصحية في دولة الكويت الخاصة بالحد من إنتشار فيروس كورونا والإجراءات الإحترازية التي تتخذها الدول لمواجهة إنتشار الفيروس، فقد تقرر إتخاذ الإجراءات التالية لرحلات الشحن الجوي:1. إرسال طلب التشغيل إلى الإدارة العامة للطيران المدني على أن يشمل الطلب تفاصيل الرحلة وتفاصيل الشحنة وطاقم الطائرة، وتعبئة الكرت الصحي المعتمد بموافقة الطاقم على إجراءات السلطات الصحية في مطار الكويت الدولي ، على أن يرسل الطلب إلى الإيميل المعتمد التالي :Shedules@dgca.gov.kw2. يسمح لأفراد طاقم الطائرات بإستخدام فندق ترانزيت مطار الكويت الدولي في حال رغبتهم بذلك، وستطبق الإجراءات الصحية المتبعة عليهم.3. يعمل بجميع التعاميم الصادرة و السارية من الإدارة العامة للطيران المدني.4. يطبق هذا التعميم من تاريخ صدوره حتى إشعار آخر.
