رئيس الطيران المدني: نجاح المرحلة الأولى من إجلاء المواطنين بفضل الله وتكاتف الجهود الحكومية
H.E. President of Directorate General of Civil Aviation - Sheikh/ Salman Sabah Salem Al-Homoud Al-Sabah, said that the success of the first phase of the evacuation plan of the citizens from abroad is due to the grace God Almighty and then the joint efforts of the governmental authorities as well as the bodies operating at Kuwait International Airport. Sheikh/ Salman Al-Homoud affirmed to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) on the occasion of commencing the evacuation, that this plan comes as a culmination of the directives of His Highness the Amir Sheikh/ Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, may God protect him, for the return of the citizens from abroad. He added that the Council of Ministers, headed by His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh/ Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, has translated the directives of His Highness the Amir by assigning the Ministry of Foreign Affairs the task of supervising this national mission and accomplishing it from all aspects. He made mention of the close follow-up of the Minister of State for Services Affairs & Minister of State for National Assembly Affairs Mr./ Mubarak Al-Hurrais, on the implementation of the plan in an integrated manner. He explained that “Civil Aviation” has completed during the past few days an integrated plan for the procedures of bringing back the citizens, where a clear protocol for the organizational steps was put in place. He stated that the steps begin from the citizens’ departure from the external stations, through boarding the aircraft and during the journey, until the arrival to Kuwait International Airport and entering the examination centres to apply the Ministry of Health’s procedures, then moving to the passport and customs hall and the luggage receiving areas until leaving the airport. Sheikh/ Salman Al-Homoud praised the efforts of the government bodies participating in the plan of bringing back the citizens, headed by the Ministries of Health, Interior and Finance as well as the Central Agency for Information Technology, General Department of Customs and Fire General Department. He also expressed gratitude to both Kuwait Airways Company and Jazeera Airways, who are handling the transport of the citizens from abroad, in addition to Kuwait Red Crescent Society, who supervised providing assistance to the arriving passengers. His Highness the Prime Minister Sheikh/ Sabah Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, made an inspection tour yesterday at Kuwait International Airport to observe the preparations of the State authorities to receive the citizens returning from abroad in implementation of the orders of His Highness the Amir of the country, may God protect him, and his royal desire to bring back his sons and daughters to the homeland. After concluding his tour, His Highness Sheikh/ Sabah Al-Khaled expressed his satisfaction for the great efforts he had observed and the tireless work of all government bodies working on implementing the plan of returning the citizens from abroad.
قال رئيس الإدارة العامة للطيران المدني الكويتية الشيخ سلمان صباح سالم الحمود الصباح إن نجاح المرحلة الأولى من خطة إجلاء المواطنين من الخارج جاء بفضل من الله تعالى ثم تكاتف الجهود الحكومية والجهات العاملة في مطار الكويت الدولي.وأكد الشيخ سلمان الحمود لوكالة الأنباء الكويتية (كونا) اليوم الأحد بمناسبة بدء الإجلاء أن هذه الخطة تأتي تتويجا لتوجيهات سمو أمير البلاد الشيخ صباح الأحمد الجابر الصباح حفظه الله ورعاه لعودة المواطنين من الخارج.وأضاف أن مجلس الوزراء برئاسة سمو الشيخ صباح الخالد الحمد الصباح رئيس مجلس الوزراء ترجم تلك التوجيهات بتكليف وزارة الخارجية للاشراف على هذه المهمة الوطنية ولإنجازها بكل تفاصيلها.وأشار إلى المتابعة الحثيثة لوزير الدولة لشؤون الخدمات وزير الدولة لشؤون مجلس الأمة مبارك الحريص لتنفيذ الخطة بشكل متكامل.وأوضح ان (الطيران المدني) أنجزت خلال الأيام القليلة الماضية خطة متكاملة لإجراءات عودة المواطنين حيث تم وضع بروتوكول واضح للخطوات التنظيمية.وذكر أن الخطوات تبدأ منذ انطلاق المواطنين من المحطات الخارجية مرورا بصعود الطائرة وأثناء الرحلة حتى وصول مطار الكويت الدولي ودخول مراكز الفحص لتطبيق اجراءات وزارة الصحة والانتقال إلى صالة الجوازات والجمارك ومناطق استلام الأمتعة حتى الخروج من المطار.وأشاد الشيخ سلمان الحمود بجهود الجهات الحكومية المشاركة في خطة عودة المواطنين وعلى رأسها وزارات الصحة والداخلية والمالية والجهاز المركزي لتكنولوجيا المعلومات والإدارة العامة للجمارك والإدارة العامة للاطفاء.كما أعرب عن الشكر لكل من شركة الخطوط الجوية الكويتية وطيران الجزيرة اللتين تتوليان نقل المواطنين من الخارج علاوة على جمعية الهلال الأحمر الكويتي التي أشرفت على تقديم المساعدة للركاب القادمين.وكان سمو الشيخ صباح خالد الحمد الصباح رئيس مجلس الوزراء قام يوم أمس بجولة تفقدية في مطار الكويت الدولي للاطلاع على استعدادات أجهزة الدولة لاستقبال المواطنين العائدين من الخارج تنفيذا لأوامر سمو أمير البلاد حفظه الله ورعاه ورغبته السامية بعودة أبنائه إلى أرض الوطن.وعبر سمو الشيخ صباح الخالد بعد جولته عن ارتياحه لما لمسه من جهود كبيرة وعمل دؤوب من كافة الأجهزة الحكومية التي تعمل على خطة عودة المواطنين من الخارج.
