Procedures for Filing Complaints Against Airline Companies

The Directorate General of Civil Aviation announced that in the event of filing a complaint against any of the airlines companies operating at Kuwait International Airport, or any of the travel and tourism offices, the procedures which the complaint shall go through are as follows: - If the flight is delayed or the luggage are lost, the reply will be within (3) working days from the date of filing the complaint - For the other incidents, the process shall be concluded within (21) working days from the date on which the airline company or the travel and tourism office had received the complaint.
