Inspection Tour to Observe the Preparations of the Central Operations Room
H.E. President of Civil Aviation Sheikh/ Salman Sabah Al-Salem Al-Homoud Al-Sabah, made an inspection visit to the Central Operations Room of the Ministry of Interior, in the presence of the Director-General Eng./ Yousef Sulaiman Al-Fauzan, to observe practically the work progress related to following up implementation of the institutional quarantine measures’ plan for passengers arriving at Kuwait International Airport.
The attendees were briefed on the progress of the precautionary procedures as well as the measures undertaken in the operations room, where the Assistant Undersecretary for Ports Affairs at the Ministry of Interior - Major General/ Mansour Al-Awadi, has affirmed readiness of the Ministry of Interior's personnel operating at the operations room to raise the level of readiness and collaboration with all concerned authorities to ensure success of the institutional mandatory quarantine plan for the passengers arriving at Kuwait International Airport.
H.E. President of Civil Aviation praised the cooperative efforts of all governmental bodies (Ministry of Health - General Directorate of Civil Aviation - General Administration for Customs - Kuwait Hotels Association - Ground Service Providers’ Companies at Kuwait International Airport) towards implementing the latest decisions of the Council of Ministers related to travel.
