The Office of the Ministry of Justice in Kuwait International Airport the following tasks:
- Reception file execution references transferred from the concerned department of the Office of the travel ban.
- Fill in the application prevent travel ( drawing : the nature of the category five dinars).
- Provide a financial guarantee to lift the travel ban.
- Ensure the provision of personal warranty for lifting the travel ban.
- Permission to travel in case there is similarity in name by showing the passport.
- Send a letter to lift the travel ban on the basis of the rule of grievances.
- Send a letter to lift the travel ban on the basis of a waiver of the creditor or his agent.
- Reception of banned candidates wishing to repay or reply to their investigation in addition to the lift control procedures in case of full payment outside official working hours and holidays.
